Buffalo Wild Wings is looking for an manager to work full-time in a high energy environment. Buffalo Wild Wings is an International brand that gives our guests a game day destination with sports for every fan, piping hot food, and ice cold beer.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure our guests are receiving WOW service everyday
- Supervise, direct, and hold Team Members accountable to Buffalo Wild Wings service standards and all policies
- Ensure all food safety procedures and cleanliness are strictly adhered to according to Health Department, Ecosure, and Corporate regulations
- Work closely with the management team to meet food cost, bar cost, and labor cost goals
- Implement strategies to increase same store sales growth
- Maintain safe and vibrant working conditions
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, company property, products, and equipment
- Audit inventory levels to ensure product availability and maintain product orders as necessary
Skills and Qualifications:
- Must possess an upbeat attitude with a strong passion for guest service.
- 3-5 years previous restaurant management experience
- Able to work 50-55 hours per week across multiple shifts
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Ability to coach, train, and motivate team members
- Current ServSafe Certification
- Must have a valid driver’s license
